What did we do before Google!
 

Went out yesterday after the first really cold morning (18F) and the automatic garage door wouldn't close after I pulled the Hummer out. I got the flashing light obstruction alarm. I noticed no light in the receiving sensor and fiddled with it but no luck. I went inside and Googled it on the computer and found on older Crafstman garage door openers you sometimes need to take a hair dryer and heat the receiving sensor after the first cold snap. I was skeptical, but after 30 seconds of the hair dryer blowing on it, the green light came on and it's been working fine ever since. MAGIC!
