wierd steering problem ?

I replaced my tires and got a alignment at 89K now im at 90k and overnight the wheel is off center,it seems to be tracking straight but wheel is cocked on a angle almost 45 degrees?.
I didnt hit a pot hole or been offroading recently.
Im going to bring it back to alignment guy tommorow if there open.
What would cause this, the wheel was straight yesterday, everything looks good upon inspection ?

Re: wierd steering problem ?

I just got back from alignment guy it seems the differential bushing bbelow shaft droped down and the front end sitting on the bump stops, causing a tow problem he said said to bring it to dealer.
Definatly new bushing and new bump stops and new alignment .

Anyone have this problem

After reading up on this I found you have to replace complete crossmember.
Also read you must replace rear skidplate.
Can anyone confirm this ?
Ill get them and do it myself by the end the week

Sorry bout the issue. My guess would have been tie rod.

Good luck working it out!

Re: wierd steering problem ?

Just experienced a similar situation. Replaced the pair of rear leaf springs on my '06 H3 after one of the pair snapped. Replaced at Firestone for $905.00. Springs were a dealer only part according to the mechanic there. Dealer price for the job was $1100.00. My H3 has 137K miles on it, so my advice to anyone who uses their H3 as a daily driver is to have your springs inspected if you are over the 100K mark, don't wait for it to go out on you.
