How often do you need to do this?
Once a year? Every 2 years?
Is there a time limit? Or If I decide I need one in 5 years or so will I get it.

I never received a post card with a control # after my 1yr was up in April. Just called the 800# and my first update is on the way. 4-7 business days. Thanks for the info. I was wondering about this. I thought we were supposed to get updates.

Personally, I am waiting until the new one comes out b4 I use up one of my 2 updates. You get 2 updates free no matter when you decide to take them. The new one comes out somewhere between now and Sept 2007.

I called about 3 weeks ago and was told the same thing that a new one would be out sometime in September

The latest just became available in August, so I had been waiting until it was available before I used up one of my two free updates. Just ordered my new one the other day and it should be here anyday now:dancingbanana:

I will sell the one that came with my 2006 H2 a good price if you know anybody that may be interested.

What Version are you guys currently using?

Mine says 2.0 on the back of the DVD Cover

I'll have to check my disc, the dealer installed it when I picked it up. havent a clue what version it is.

Your best best bet is too call them on the 800 # and ask them

I just got off the phone with them and the current part Nav Disc that is out there is #25847541 Release Date of Aug 2007

The previously released version came out in Sept 2006 # 15906573

The Next Version is due out in August 2008

The part number that came in my 2006 H2 is 15792651 and Nav Disc Center says it was released Sept 2005. It is version 4.1

Recording says number cannot be completed as dialed. Website keeps giving me error windows no matter where I go (buy, updtae, subscription, etc).

Anyone got any other info?
