Newbie - Toronto Area

Hey guys chimed in on a couple posts but thought to start one introducing myself...

So i just purchased my second H2, two years ago i purchased a white H2 2003 and the wife bugged me about it all the time (called it a drug dealer truck lol) so i sold it...... :twak:

after two years of missing it i decided to get another :crying:

this time wife was on board and likes them, or at least likes me enough to not make the comments anymore LOL ..

So i looked and found a 2008 H2 black, and WOW have to say WHAT a difference from the earlier model to this one! the first gen was great, this one is Just Wow. rides so much smoother, and the interior was a nice luxury change. What is the funniest story?? the people i bought my first hummer from was selling it cause they wanted a new one. the really odd thing is they moved and at the same time 2.5 years later they put their 2008 hummer up for sale and through random events i ended up finding it on Kijiji and when i called the guy said, "hey didn't you buy our last hummer?"

Talk about weird turn of events.. so long story short I have now purchased two h2's from the same people lol

I took the rear tire holder off, had the chrome and plastic guard hidding the tire and the front chrome push bar. Just finished ordering Rockstar 22x12 Chrome with 35 Toyo's, but that order took place today so now i have to wait.... wish i was born with patience lol

Congratulations and welcome! The newer H2s are nice and I love the engine and interiors on them. Bought my first Hummer in May of 2005, an H3 and liked it so much I bought a 2006 H2 off the same dealer floor a year later. So for four years we had two Hummers. Now the H3 resides in Colorado with my son and his wife.

Welcome! We're a three Hummer family with an H3 and two H2s. I'm also a big Corvette fan with a Z06 that I track in the summer and fall and tow with my SUT. There's a lot of good information on this forum.

Thanks guys! I plan to get my son a Hummer, well.. he's 8 months old but i've been eyeing up one of those electric power trucks ... can't wait ! saw a matching black one lol

Three hummers one house? i thought that two in one house was cool.

I'm a big corvette guy too, had three different models, tried the C4, wasn't for me changed to the C5 was nice but a bit slow. Went to the C6 and was pretty happy. would like to get my hands on a C1-2 would look at a C3 but nothing newer than 72.

In my Sig you can see my current collection of machines... :beerchug:
