Unidentified Sound (video)

Hey guys, I have a problem with figuring out where this sound is coming from, any help will be greatly appreciated.

-It only happens when in motion under 20mph
-Its not consistant
-Coming from the front
-It sounds like something is clicking over

couldnt really hear that good, but maybe your rotors are warped?
