You are correct sir! The top one is an original H2 photo from GM. The second is someone's idea of the H3. Sadly, CNBC displayed the photo on TV and said it was the upcoming H3. I see they check their sources well.

FYI, I have been told by someone in the industry that they have seen the planned H3, and the photos of the black prototype that are circulating around don't look like it. That body is on there to test the chassis and for design secrecy.

"AutoWereld" is a Dutch general automotive forum site (The Netherlands AKA Holland). The posting forum members can't aggree about the looks of the H3: One says it looks better than the H2, another one says it's not a Hummer anymore. I like the H2's back lights more than those traffic lights on this H3!

Dan, I'd have to agree. There's no way that GM has a body yet, especially since the H3 won't be out on dealer lots until callendar year 2005. Sure, they can test the suspension and drivetrain in mules, they do it all the time.

if we look closely to the front glass of the new H2/H3, we will see the same reflection of the original H2 photo, where they are not at the same place when they took the photos.

So, Good Job Photoshop....
