OEM NAV RADIO QUESTION

HELP! ! !

I'm trading in my 06 H3 for a new 09 H3, presently I have a OEM Nav Touch Screen (Delphi NA40001) in the 06 that I installed, but believe it or not I don't remember how to get the face of the unit to tilt in order to remove the Nav disc. I thought it was a combination of two buttons on the face, which ones I don't know. Anyone have any ideas?

isnt it have the car in park and hold in the eject button?
