Can someone tell me how the pins that attach the rubber to the hood latches come out? Are they just pressed in?

Yeah I'm not positive, but pretty sure they should just push out with a little bit of pressure.

Best way to get them out is take a punch to the end of the pin and tap it with a hammer at an angle. The pin does not push all the way through, it comes out through the middleof the mount. Be careful not to scratch too much of the black paint off of the ends of the pin with the punch.
