I was told at my dealer that all the new 2004 accesseries cannot be ordered with the H2. For example, I wanted the black color grill. My dealer tells me I need to order the grill separately and then pay extra for labor to have it installed. I can't get it as an option on my vehicle. I'll also have an extra chrome grill that I will no longer want. What kind of nonsense is this?

Zazing - A last minute decision was made by AM GENERAL & GM to cut cost by keeping inventory options to a minimum. They will tell you they have allowed for the old grill disposal in their price structure. The only factory installed option that will differ from last year are the NAV system. All other offerings will be the same - meaning (DEALER INSTALLED).

You guys need to tell the dealer what is up. Dealer installed options are huge mark up items for them. The grill. Do it your self. It shouldn't be that hard. Plus there are helpful people all over the internet that can walk you through it I am sure. The extra grill is something that would suck. Of course the dealer could always keep it for you. I have had an H2 grill for 2 months and an H1 factory bumper. Both are worthless.
