This guy on ebay added a snorkel to his... maybe contact him for the 'low-down'!!

I don't think "snorkeling" the car will work because the engine and electrics are not waterproofed to resist emersion. My understanding, maybe it's wrong, but I'd check before I spend a bunch of money.

The guy emailed me back telling it was just for looks.

i am looking for snorkel kit that is just for looks. all it needs to do is spit flames and the customer will be happy.
any help would be great
