Next Wednesday the Bling shoes come off and black KMC Backseats go on. The Cooper tires I bought have raised white lettering but I had them mount them so they are facing inside instead. I'm toying with the idea of having the white letters on the outside.

Any thoughts? Here's my rig for perspective.

This is the tire with white letters showing. Given that I will have black wheels with polished lip, shall I leave the tire black or leave it as in this pic?

What is it with white letters lately?

They are NOT making a comeback!

Nixxxster 02-03-2006 03:14 AM

White inside looks better, too classic with it out
IMO

That's you wife's truck. Do what she says.

HummBob 02-03-2006 07:11 AM

I vote BLACK on the outside, unless your driving an '84 Camaro Berlinetta with Good Year Eagles (My 1st car)

Once you go Black, you'll NEVER go back(well, except for Ken )

Jimstepside 02-03-2006 09:14 AM

I have those exact tires on mine and put white out on them and I think they look awesome, got crap from the forum, but I like it. Posted pictures of it earlier so take a look.

mstams 02-04-2006 04:57 PM

Say no to white letters. Say yes to bling.

No white letters on a Hummer--maybe a 1970 Chevelle.
