I found this trim kit on ebay. Not quite the Hummer look IMO but curious to see what others think.

My opinion is that it is ugly as hell. But hey, I am sure someone likes it.

Some how that just dosen't work with the Hummer type.

HummerNewbie 07-07-2005 04:30 PM

Don't think it is my thing either. Maybe it would grow on you but to me it takes away from the ruggedness of a Hummer. Looks more like a Kia to me.

I like the console and radio piece, but the trim around the instrument panel and little pieces by the vents are a little much IMHO.

Nooooooooo its a Hummer not a Buick! get a carbon fiber one if you need a change

DeLeon 07-07-2005 05:55 PM

I don't like it either, I LOVE the interior just the way it is, I don't think I would ever touch the interior, I may paint the front bumper or something like that, but the interior is great as it is.

EricJ 07-07-2005 06:43 PM

Nope, it doesnt look good in this or any car IMHO.

pimpdad 07-07-2005 06:57 PM

I agree. Total cheese whiz. The factory interior IS Hummer and I wouldn't/won't touch it.

Rocky Mts 07-07-2005 10:22 PM

I agree that carbon fiber would look better than wood, but the stock dash is fine with me.

XM DUDE 07-07-2005 10:33 PM

This is a Hummer not a freken Land rover with lots of fluff.
Hummers are ment to be rugged, simple and slow.

h2sin 07-07-2005 11:08 PM

sticky trim are G A Y period, wood or carbon fiber

Its like buying those spinner hubcaps at Walmart because you couldnt afford the real thing

Looks great....just add some fuzzy dice and an air freshener crown.

Webb70 07-08-2005 09:15 AM

That is FUGLY, whats next, a fuzzy steering wheel cover and curb feelers. Hummer made it right the first time, thats why they won the "Best Interior" award from Motor Trend.

If you add that, you should also add the wood panels on the side. That would be slick (note the sarcasm).

Might work with wooden seats
