Turbonetics is releasing a turbo system for the H3 this Spring. Did anyone see it at the SEMA show?

It was just featured on the DSO Eyewear H3 in the latest issue of Truckin Magazine. Blue & White paint job all tricked out.

The latest news is a single turbo with front mount intercooler, everything needed to bolt-on, that makes 300 HP to the wheels. Looks pretty sweet!

Yeah Dude we don’t want threads about possible cool future products for our trucks posted on here.

Lets try to stay within the forum boundaries like calling people Gay and what not.

If it was dealer installed wouldnt you get warranty. My dealer said a dealer installed supercharger (Apx 8 Grand) would not effect warranty?.They are probobly just talking shlt , Or would do a internal warranty and absorb it into the high price of labor they charged you.

Injection is nice but I rather be blown

Well, if the dealer never contacts GM, the warranty will not be voided. Dealers cannot void a warranty since GM is the actual issuer of the warranty. GM looks for the dealer to notify them of these type of modifications.
Another way is for them to cover the cost themselves, but this causes problems if your vehicle needs to be serviced out of town.
The third option is if GM supports a SC or TC via their dealer accessory network, at which point GM is warranting the SC or TC and the powertrain warranty stays in effect.

But, any addition like a SC or a TC, will void the actual GM powertrain warranty (other items not affected by the addition will still be warrantied). And before anyone mentions the Moss-Magnuson warranty act...please; GM has one great record of winning these types of lawsuits, and the onus is on the person who had it installed to file the suit or file for arbitration.

Aftermarket turbos and factory warranty do not go together. GM's legal staff (one area of strength) will probably remain huge after the pending cutbacks.
