Vehicles LLC., Newton, Texas, the Bad Boy falls into a new category of
supertruck, the HMT, which distinguishes it from SUVs and standard extended cab
and super duty trucks.

The Bad Boy is a luxury
conversion of a tactical vehicle built for the U.S. Army by Stewart &
Stevenson. The diesel-powered Bad Boy is 21 feet long, 10 feet tall and 8 feet
wide, and has room for three adult passengers in the front seat. The all-wheel
drive vehicle can run 72 mph, and it can carry a 5,000-pound payload. It offers
22-inch ground clearance, and it can ford water 30 to 60 inches deep. It can
also climb grades as steep as 60 percent. The truck comes equipped with a
Central Tire Inflation System that has settings for off road, mud and snow. The
tire system can also keep the tire inflated even if it has a hole the size of a
quarter in the sidewall. The truck comes with a 58-gallon tank and can carry
passengers 400+ miles, depending upon the payload.

For adventure seekers who
want the ultimate in security and protection as they travel abroad, the Bad Boy
HMT can be equipped with a cabin filtration system to protect occupants against
nuclear radiation, biological contaminants and chemical agents. 

But you don't have to be a
big game hunter or have your own show on Animal Planet to purchase a Bad
Boy.

Homeland Defense Vehicles
will begin selling the Bad Boy to the public in January 2005. The firm expects
to sell 50 HMTs in 2005. There is a 6-month backlog from the U.S. Army for this
truck. The Bad Boy conversion typically takes 6 weeks to complete, and the range
of options the vehicle is almost
limitless.

Design

Dash - A 3-module
custom dash housing & panel design is provided, consisting of driver side
instrument module, center console module, and passenger side map panel module.
All housings are built with rounded corners, upholstered with padded and sewn
Charcoal fabric. The instrument panel is brushed-finish stainless steel, and all
gauges have black bezels. The center console panel is wrapped in Red leather.
The map panel is brushed-finish stainless steel, and the map pocket is Charcoal
fabric, with elastic gather.

Header - The
full-width header console is contoured to a large radius, and upholstered with
padded Charcoal fabric. The visors are contoured to match the header shape. The
header includes a module for the flip-down LCD TV and dual swivel map light
unit.

Door Panels - The cab
door inner panels are upholstered in Charcoal leather fabric, with 3 accents
that sweep from the lower front corner to the rear of the door (to match the
exterior accent theme). The accents are upholstered in Charcoal vinyl, Red
leather, and mirror-finished stainless steel. A circle of mirror-finished
stainless is inlaid around the window crank handles. The door release and pull
handles are chrome plated.

Ceiling & Walls -
The cab walls and ceiling are finished n Charcoal vinyl, padded and sewn. The
ceiling is highlighted with a 4-foot diameter smoked mirror circle inlaid into
the headliner with low voltage perimeter lighting.

Flooring - The floor is covered
in seam-sewn WBD Seasons #164 Hard Frost woven vinyl.

Seating - All 3 seats
are Wieland Imprezas, upholstered in Edelman Black leather. All have retractable
