I am so excited! i wasnt planning on getting one but they had one on the lot with black on black lux with offroad, sunroof roof rack, brush guard, and off road lights, xm radio and i think the rear cargo cover... im getting hooked up on this deal.. i feel i got a good price. anyways gotta clean out my trade in and bring it down there... the dealer is like an hour away unfortunatly and its high traffic time.. stay tuned for an assload of pics and videos... post up your requests too

Just curious if your trade in was a good deal?

I have either an Escalade or a BMW 325ci to trade in and no one will give me anything decent for them. Or I would have an H3 right now too.

Don't feel so bad, I put a deposit down on one just like yours and don't even know when it will show up. All I have is a VIN; it might be on the truck or in the queue to be built, I don't even know!

As for trade ins, never had much luck with dealer trade ins, have always gotten more on my own.

you make it sound like a bad thing, because of you people at GM still have a job.

I like to believe that the workers at GM have jobs because they put out a quality product that people want to buy at a fair price. I mean, this H3 is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I had a 4runner though October of 2001, then bought a jeep wrangler because 1) it was American made and 2) was more capable off road than my 4runner stock for stock. The jeep's been good to me but I miss the creature comforts and better on-road ride that the 4runner had.
So, with the H3 I feel I'm getting the best of everything; off road capability that rivals a Rubicon with more comfort and features than the 4runner. And it's American made which ices the cake.

I totally agree as I had aN XJ I drove the crap out of and was a good vehicle.

Yep, Jeep has come a looonnnggg way since my first '79 CJ5. Night and day between my CJ and TJ!

haha i made some silly vids of me playing on a miniature dirt hill, but you can see how using the 4wd works im uploading them now and ill post em all up when its done.. one thing about the I5 tho, at first i thought it was pathetic, now im used to it and it does what i want it to... its got plenty of power and i have a heavy foot so i have no problems racing around town.. and that low crawl ratio! holy crap its low!! anyways I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT MCANNN HUMMER IN FIFE, WA. i have never been treated so well ever! they made a customer for life! they gave me awesome trade in value, almost bought me out of my upside down loan anyways great rig! get one! my brush guard and off road roof lights are on order so i wont get those till later.
