I saw this on PhilD's rig and he was kind enough to PM me detailed pics and some pointers. It was EASY to do! And it's solid as a rock - making it a great first step up to the Gobi rack!

Here's the finished product...just waiting on the "handle keeper" - which should be here tomorrow!

I like that! I haven't seen them mounted that way before. At least I haven't noticed it mounted like that before. I think H2Finally had his mounted inside the spare tire carrier.

I'm getting the off road bug and havent taken the beast off road yet but will be doing that in tellico.
