Well, I installed the factory XM radio today. Thanks to Klaus for the great instructions. The installation was pretty straight forward although it didn't go as easy as I'd hoped. I ran into my first problem trying to remove the shifter plate. It is held on by 3 clips. Klaus's instructions said "a good tug should lift it off." This was quite the understatement on mine! I ended up sliding some weedeater cord underneath it & pulled about as hard as I could, I had to do this for each clip & ended up losing one. The other problem I had was when I went to put the radio back in place. For some reason I couldn't get it to go all the way back, but I rearanged the wires several time & finally got it to work. I didn't use the supplied XM antenna - I didn't want to drill a hole in my roof. I used a magnetic terk satelite antenna & mounted it by the top right running light. Here's a couple pics.

Nice install mmayo but just for others info I used that same antenna (Turk Xmicro) and it sits right in the middle on the dash. Works just fine inside & less install hassle.
