I used the auto door trim. It comes in black and chrome. I used the black. Cheap, really easy to install(just put it on the front edge of plastic molding), and most important, ZERO vibration. Honestly, it looks good too.

I like your suggestion, I think I'll try it. I was going to put some on my doors anyway to help keep the mud from caking up in the door jambs.

THANKS!

Still working fine for me.The dealer was very inpressed with the quick fix and said it looked like it belonged thier from the start. The only problem is I think the original install of the marker lights might be lettung water in and cooking the BCM module. They are putting in 2nd Module in last 2 weeks.

Kracker and First Hummer:

Would it be possible for you to post a pic of the material you bought for the fix?

Is it like a Riebes or Pep boys type of product?

Thanks!

Thanks, I've got my projects this weekend!

2)Marker Light fix

3)Door Jamb fix

Done!

I tried the door trim and it made mine worse. It rattled badly in the wind. I ended up removing it. The dealer did a 2nd "fix" and it's much better now.
