Anybody installed aftermarket anti-sway bars?

I just got mine in yesterday (Eibach) and in the rear they have a two postition system (I quess that means two different stiffness levels). Anyway, I just wanted to know if anybody would recommend which stiffness level to go for. I kinda want to take the stiffer level, but the manual says "do not use on wet or slippery surfaces". And we get snow and water quite a bit. Just wondering how much difference can it actually maka? Any recommendations???
