I just installed the Magnaflow that I got off of ebay (of course it was a good deal). It sounds awesome even though you can hear it inside the vehicle. I don't think that it's too loud. I've been looking at headers also and I think that I'm going to end up going with the ceramic coated Edelbrocks. I think that they are the best bang for the buck.
