The add is for a 2005 H2 Exhaust Tip. Is there a material difference between the exhaust footprint between a 2003 and a 2005? I asked the vendor but he didn't know.

Kacy, 03, 04 and 05 are all the same. You can get the same thing at most muffler shops for around $40.00 installed. BIG-C
