YES. All one solid piece. I think it is being delivered on Thrusday. I'll post pics of it off the truck and if it has light tabs or not.

It is the standard brushguard. I have pics in the H3 Photo section. Let me check into shipping on Monday. It has to go truck freight, so let me see.

UNOMYFLO 12-12-2005 11:51 AM

Thanks it can be shipped to my work (business address) I know the shipping is cheaper to a business than to a residential address.

Let me know....thanks again

UNOMYFLO 12-12-2005 12:02 PM

Hey man are you sure it has to go truck freight?

I just ordered and received the rocker protection and under carriage protection form a dealer in Kansas dude the rocker protection box was 8' long by 2' wide and high and was heavy they shipped it UPS......

stay away from the truck freight it is not necessary.....

I have had 6 point roll bar kits shipped to me via UPS real bulky and heavy...plus I bet FEDEX would ship is also they are cheaper than UPS...

USPS is the fastest and cheapest but I am not sure about their dimension limits I know the weight would be fine but the box might be too long they would be my first choice I use them all the time for my ebay sales...I love them fast ship and cheap and they are real easy on the packages.

It Just has to be packed real well and write do not stack things on top/ fragile or UPS will tweak it and beat it up.

They are pretty rough these days on packages.

Anyway I dont think truck freight is necessary.

Get the dims and weight of the estimated box size and call UPS or FEDEX and USPS and ask them...ok?

Thanks Man
Mike

Mike, I didn't have a chance to get that quote today. I will check with UPS in the AM and I will check with the dealer as to what hardware is to go with the guard too.
Tim.

UNOMYFLO 12-13-2005 11:46 AM

Tim no problem man.
No need to call the dealer, all I need is the guard and the 2 rubber pads that go between the mounting feet and the bumper.
I re-use my exhisting 4 d-ring bolts they are plenty long enough to go through the guard feet/flanges and the d-rings and thread back into the bumper.

UPS should charge you no more than 30 to ship that guard UPS Ground from Colorado to Georgia bro....

Just need to be packed REAL well pleanty of cardboard if you get a fridge box and cut it flat lay the guard on it and wrap it several times and tape the edges real well and it should be good to go. Sure dont want it getting here either dinged up or scratched up. Hey Tim what condition is the powder coat in? That road salt and sand out in the cold land hasnt messed it up any has it? Perhaps wipe it down with a damp cloth to keep any and or salt from acting like sand paper in transit...cool?
Let me know...standing by.

Thanks again Mike
