morning Phil...

i have 3 friends that run them on a YJ, TJ, and range rover. for trail riding (GW national forest, monongahela NF) and a few other local spots they have said good things. plus the cost i figured what the hell. under 200 per tire shipped.

will let you know.

who the hell knows. live and learn. at least tires arent an "etched in stone" type of mod. worst case scenario you switch them

yep, quite possibly. if so planning on gettng knock off set of rims and putting originals back on for daily driving. they only have 20k miles so have that as option.

Looks like a good deal....im not an offroad expert but i ran the procomp extreme A/T's at Tellico and had no problems besides loosing traction at one point. What i didnt realize was my tire pressure guage read inaccurately and while i thought i was at 25psi i was actually at 45psi. Results couldve been different had i aired down(properly).

MarineHawk 03-22-2006 07:59 PM

That's one inaccurate gauge. Good thing you didn't air up until it read 50 psi or you would have been at 90 psi and blown them like a ballon.

guess we will see. the tread didnt look much different from bfg mts and they were 400 bucks less. i have a short commute (11 miles each way) so hopefully wont be too bad.

I appreciate everyones concern though
