It was apparently returned to Aries at some time cause it has a few scratches on it and little pieces of electrical tape covering the holes that are normally open. Another hint was that one arrived in a box not put together and the other one came just the opposite. Those are the reasons I want nothing for it.

My opinion is that it needs to be powdercoated again but that shouldn't run you more than $100 or so. You are still saving yourself $200 bucks so it's definitely worth it.

I really really really do not want to ship this thing, local pickup only.
