It's not a plow, it's some sort of "stand". I'm not sure wtf for, apparently the truck belongs to a television station... who knows?

They had that ugly monster and another yellow one in their booth at SEMA. It was a travesty. They did however, have the equally gawdy, big breasted, overaged, blonde ditz in the booth to match.

I could probably say WTF were they thinking about every single page of their catalog.
