2006 hummer h3 2" lift leveling kit

I wondered the same thing. the pic of the blue H3 is great, but i wonder what the kit does for handling? i'm sure someone with suspension knowlege will chime in.

Do a search on here. Those type of t-bar index key lifts have been discussed alot.

I recall some of the more experienced folk on the site saying negative things about this sort of kit. If you're going for look only, then maybe this could be an okay option. If you are looking for functionality then I don't think this is the way to go.

My $.02, your mileage my vary...

I think it would cause some premature wear on steering components, etc. do to the angle changes and added stress to those components.

Thanks for the input. I think I'll wait and see what else comes out....

I already purchased the same set, still sitting in the box. Just adjust the Torsion Bars.

I would say save the coins and just adjust the torsion bars about an inch or so. I like my ride and with my offraod gear loaded in the back it sits almost perfectly level. Will do until they get these lift kit issues resolved. 3" lift is probably all I will go, think it will be best for the offroading I do in the desert.

i would imagine this would be higher than just adjusting the torsion bars no? especially since it comes with another leaf in the rear. Its probably not very functional like everyone says but then again i dont want to be the test dummy.
