I'm having an enormous amount of trouble with my 2004 INR system. They have already replaced the unit once and the new one is still acting up. Is there any precedent for the replacement of an INR with a TNR under warranty?

I don't think they'll upgrade (maybe at a cost) but they do switch out to new ones. Just had mine set up today. 05 to 05
