We have my wife's father up from SC, so it is nice to kick back and have a good ol' campfire - in your living room!

He lives in Beauford. He lived on Hilton Head for a long time, I guess. My wife lived there for about 5 years during college, and what not. I have never been there, but they are trying to get me to check it out.

I hear it is very nice down there, and I have been known to look at palm trees with drool on my chin!

Hilton Head IS very nice, and very expensive. My hubby has several clients down there so he goes there quite a bit. It's been years since I have been. You should check it out.

I guess it was nice, she tells me about it all the time. I will probably check it out this summer when Hailee takes her first plane ride!

Not sure I could live without season changes, though. I am a pretty big fan of the snow, and driving through it!!

Yep! She is brand new! 2 weeks old this monday!

Yup, it's still a good trip. And don't get all jealous -- we're headed back to smog-choked, over-populated Vegas on Monday.

It is a long, long trip from the NE, that's for sure. It's about five and half hours from Vegas, which is as much sitting still as the kids can do. One hour of flight time for each year of age seems to work for our girls.
