Ok, I have called my salesman twice to get an order number so I can see when my build date is. He has never returned either call. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered. Is there another way to find out a build date by calling GM even if I don't have the order number?

GM probably will not give it to you, even if you found someone who could. I would call the General sales manager of the dealership and talk with him or her.

Good news! My salesman just called back and gave me the order number. I called support and asked for the build date and he said it was done on the 12. Wooohooo! He said it would go thru inspections and then be shipped. Oh man, I'm really excited now.
So what might the average time be for shipping to Ohio after the build?

I gave the guy that answered, my order number and I was on hold for like a minute while he called and checked for me. Very polite and helpful and he asked if there was anything else I needed. I couldn't think of anything else as I was too excited to think. Lol.
