Comming back from Las Vegas, I couldn't hit 100 mph. Everytime that I reached 98 mph the governor would kicked in and the speed would come down. Any suggestions how to bypass this governor.

I'm not sure how to bypass the governor, but you might want to check your tire rating.

It doesn't have a "govenor" it has a Limiter that is controlled by the PCM. At this time there is no way to bypass the limiter and for a good reason- H3's were not designed to go 100 mph!

It is a safety limiter, your tires are only for about 104-108 mph; sustained speed.
