All electrical items work. Turn ignition, nothing (this does not effect/drain electrical using items).
Is this a common issue. I am going to run a hot lead to the starter to check it. Only other possibilities 1)ignition, 2)Fuse??? is this a common problem, 3)Starter and/or Starter coil. Thanks for any suggestions! |

Update:
Cross started(put a wrench between two of the posts on the starter solenoid) the starter solenoid. With ignition turned on this worked. Now H2 starts with no problem. I know this is basic mechanics, but does this indicate a problem with the ignition or the starter solenoid. thanks again for any suggestions! |
At the ignition switch check for power with a test light at the pink wire(ign 1 voltage) while attempting to crank if the test light does not light, or lights dim you are losing ign 1 voltage and will require A new ign switch, common problem I have changed out about 20 in the past year. Hope that helps.

Hey HUMTECH. Sounds like you can answer this question. Check this product http://www.autoloc.com/detail.lasso?itemid=WC1000 I'm going to install it on the sunroof circuit for one touch open/close. They say it will work. It just goes inline on each open close circuit & when the appliance reaches its stop it senses the extra load and disconnect. I just want to be sure it won't screw with the Hummer module. Got an opinion?
