I have been working on this problem for a week now, maybe some one has some info. Under acceleration at 4200 rpm the engine cuts out and wont shift unless I back off the gas then it shifts fine and check engine light is on. I have the Paxton Novi 1200 series supercharger. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Buy a Whipple???

Sorry ...couldn't resist...

Sounds like an a knock sensor may be picking up some detonation and cutting power??

Did you use a reprogramer after you installed the Supercharger? Had a Whipple on one of my H2's and it ran terrible until I used the programer.

My guess is that the torque management is kicking in. I had the same problem with my Whipple and had do have the PCM custom tuned and the T/M removed. I had mine before Whipple had the programmer to fix the problem. If I were you I would buy the Predator programmer and that should solve your problem.

Thanks alot for all your help. I heard it was also plugged catalytic converters so we took the cats off and ran it down the street and the h2 ran and shifted like it should, so I will replace with new cats and muffler and should solve my problem.

well we put the new cats on today and it still acted up, so after 3 hrs of pulling hair my brother decides to go back to basics and found a plugged up fuel filter and cost $6.99 This fixed our problem and it runs great!!
