Yup on the earlier models .

Option 1 remove complete bumper, grill ect

option 2 Put a pipe on the hook and snap retaining clip and unscrew.

Option 3 let the dealer do it.

Use the find button (you will come to know its a valuable tool)lots a talk , pictures and instalation advice about brush gaurds.

wich guard did you get?

Maybe someone on here will buy the guard from you for just over what the restocking fee would have cost you.

Don't return it. It's real easy to remove the grille and bumper to get those two little bolts off. It took me about an hour to remove and install everything back on. There's specific instructions somewhere on this site.

Don't pay the restocking fee. If you can't do the work yourself, use the fee to ofset the dealer putting the guard on for you.
