2. Set of 2 Hummer chairs, 1 small table and tent....great for camping.

Tent set was used only once.

Do you have any complaints regarding the awning? Was it a problem to set up? In other words, why only used once?

What do you want for the head rests?

Honestly, I dont have time for it. The awning is not the easiest to set up but the chairs are super comfortable

Is the "tent" the camping version that attaches to the back of the truck with the tailgate open, or is it the flat awning?

Yes the material is a flat awning, but also yes it attaches to the opn tailgate
