OK, so here it is from the frigid North Pole. It's been about 21 below zero (no wind chill here folks) and my door alarm comes on. The inside cabin light comes on when I apply brakes and stop and my driver side door lock pops back open. Is this thing haunted or what? Oh, it got up to 5 below and it went away (for now). Still have tire pressure light on constantly even after driving a ways. Also, the led message screen flickers and looks sickly lol when I start in the "cold" mornings. Anyone else in cold climates having similar or other problems? I did notice that leaving sun roof "slider" closed helps keep the cabin heat in.

Thanks all

Its starting to get cold here too (close to zero overnight) burrrrr! Mine will be tucked away for the winter in my heated garauge in a couple weeks. No snow/ salt for this pavement queen . Actually I am putting the stock wheels back on this week and taking my son off-roading this weekend.

My H3 saw some 0 F mornings in the Yukon this fall and I did get the TPM warning for the tire pressure, but one was low and when I aired it up it went out. Then I got the TPM warning the next day when it was around 0 again but it went out in two minutes of driving. Everything else worked just fine. The electric windows were a little slower, but that's pretty normal on any vehicle that gets cold.

Well, there is a GM dealer close but the nearest Hummer dealer is in Anchorage nearly 400 miles away. BTW, it's the ONLY Hummer dealer in all of Alaska I will have an oil change soon (not waiting for computer to tell me...I'm at 3,400 mi), then I'll have tire pressure issues looked at. geez, I can't wait to see what will happen at 30-50 below!! Burrrrr!!!!

I feel your pain here in Sunny So. Cal

Just kidding..I hope you get the bugs worked out or frozen out soon.

Are the lux seats heated??

FishnMan 11-09-2005 11:47 PM

Oh yes, they are heated!!! They get hot fast and I have to turn them off. I'm hoping they come out with grill covers to facilitate better/faster heater warming.
