What kind of pressure do you all run in your Toyo Mud Tires during normal street use? Mine call for 65PSI Cold...that just sounds a little high. Thanks in advance.

Damn, maybe I should check mine. They're at 40 cold.

Thats what I thought, but the tires actually say 65 PSI Cold on the sidewall. I went with 50, but may drop down to 45 also. Thanks Phil. |
My question is where can I get 35 12.50 17 MTs? I need them.
|
45 here too.

These were on ebay about a week or two ago, and they did not sell. Contact the guy, as I am sure they are still available. TOYO M/T 35x1250x17 |
Thanks for finding this. I have contacted him and I am waiting to see if he still has them.

The 65 PSI is just the maximum PSI, which I think is required only when you are subjecting them to the max load (4,300 lbs per tire for the Toyo 37"). So unless you have your vehicle loaded up with about 17,200 lbs GVW, you don't need them aired up to the limit. For example, the stock BFGs have a max load of 3,195 lbs at the max PSI of 50. But, notice that near your front door hinge on the driver's side, it says that the Mfr's recommended cold PSI for those tires is something like 35. |
A set of 4 Toyo Open Country MT 35 x 12.5 x 17 tires are on their way to me.
usmctopgun thanks. |
