Has less than 1k miles on the kit. I traded in the Hummer H2 because the intake manifold gasket blew. Performance shop told me that it wasn't their fault so we stripped the Turbo kit off of the Hummer and traded it in. I will sell the entire complete kit for $4000. It is located in NW Houston, but I will ship the item if absolutely necessary. Let me know if interested.

Damn JF...traded the beast cause of a gasket...Reminds me of the Porsche owner joke. Guy brings his 911 into the dealership. Sits in the parking lot trying to figure"Do I trade her in, or just go ahead and buy new tires"....
|
Actually it lost compression in 4 out of 8 cylinders too. Still think I gave up too easy?

Dude-That was GM's "Displacement on Demand" option for the H2. The intake manifold shuts off cylinders as per the needed amount of horsepower. You just needed to give it a kick on the loud pedal and the problem would have fixed itself.
![]() Guess thats 1 less HUMMER for me to see in Tomball... ![]() |
what a great add, 4k to blow up your motor sounds like a steal

Moral of the story. Don't leave your Hummer in the hands of some guys that have nothing to loose by pushing your Hummer too hard on teh dyno! Lots of guys on this forum have the STS kit and rave about them. I just got a raw deal in my situation.

You have dyno ##"s? Put em up for the world to see...even if it goes to 23.8RWHP@ 5250RPM...
