A little clarification on the instructions regarding installing the one touch express sunroof install:

1) Do I connect the express unit's wires (white, blue, green,& brown) to the orange and brown wires leading into the factory plug or the wires leading up into the roof after I make my cut?

2) Can I just wrap the express unit's ground wire around the sunroof motor mopunt screw and tighten or do I need to do more?

I did the install, but the sunroof doesn't work. I believe it is because I connected the unit's 4 wires to the orange/brown wires leading up into the roof and just wrapped the unit's ground wire around the motor mount screw, but I want to verify. Thx!

You said emergency, so I'll give my .02

The power cable of the new module can just be tapped to the factory tan power cable (per Vegas' instruction).

But for the control wires, you have to CUT-IN-HALF the factory orange and brown wire. So you'll have orange&brown sticking from factory switch, and another sticking from factory motor.

The new module will be bridged in the middle. Follow Vegas' instruction on which colors connect to switch end, and which colors connect to motor end.

Ground wire wrapped good and tight on screw should work fine. I used one of those hook terminal ends.

Vegas: Thanks again on the great mod info!!

Thanks H2Finally.

I took a time-out and re-read the instructions. I did not have the wires correctly connected (got in a hurry). I re-wired and it works.

Thanks Finally, I was working on my H2 tonight so didn't catch his post.
