Has anyone else had problems with sunroof noise/rattling as a result of a roof-mounted (Extreme) light bar? The dealer replaced the wind deflector but the rattling remains. It usually occurs at speeds of 40 and above. What's the chance that the lightbar is creating a downward wind draft onto the sunroof? Any ideas for fixes.

Sounds to me more like the classic problem of the plastic trim on the windshield coming loose.

Check the front edge of both passenger and driver's side plastic panel closest to the windshield... I'll bet the two sided tape has come apart.

My deflector would rattle at 70 or more mph. I moved my front roof rack bar all the way to the front and the rattling stopped. It still has the wind noise though.
