07 Chrome Wheels For Adventure Package Already Out?
 

Saw this one the way home today so stopped in for a quick pic. Rep on the lot said they were the new 07 wheels but have been able to order them since last month, and this one just came in on Saturday being their first. He says it is a new design but looks the same as the normal adventure (or any other for that matter) wheel does just in chrome, to me at least.

Started to ask other details on the 07s but as expected he was clueless to any changes, didn't even know about the 3.7 upgrade. He actually said I shouldn't believe all the things read on-line b/c they usually never happen! Now thats funny coming from a Hummer Rep that says there is no 3.7 LOL

Depends on the dealer IMHO! My local dealer is stock full of Hummer know nothings, even the damn Hummer GM is clueless!:rolleyes:

on the red one I posted, 16s. I checked that first thing b/c of the different posts about 17's.

They must be new then, because the last time I checked the guy said they don't make 16's in chrome only 17's. That was late of last year.

I saw some like that at Lynch when I was there. I thought that they were the adventure rims that were sent off to be chromed. Personally, I thought they looked nasty. I really like the alloy adventure rims, or whatever you want to call them.

I know that some dealers were doing that last year. Aren't they pretty much the same as the chrome H2 wheels just in a 16"?

They look similar, but the H2 wheels don't have the same gap between the spokes.

there is a place on the web (ebay) i think that chromes your silver rims for $400 bucks and it looks just like that maybe that is what you are all seeing

Not positive but I believe Sewell was one of the dealerships that were sending out the stock wheels to get them chromed.

Sewell is where I bought my H3, and added the wheels. They are stock 16's.
