Optimal H2 Tire Pressure for Ride & MPG

Door Jamb says 37 psi for stock BF Goorich tires.........but they seem kind of soft. Anybody got an opinion on the optimum PSI for gas mileage & ride???

45 PSI cold in the front, 42 psi cold in the back...
