chrome fuel door installation
 

ALOHA,

I just bought and installed a pair of Stainless Steel Rear Tow Hooks for my 2006 H2 SUV. I also bought the Chrome Locking Fuel Door from Stallion Customs but couldn't figure it out how to install it. I need some expertise help and will greatly appreciate all the help/advise I can get.

I recently purchased a locking fuel door and I can tell you that some fuel nozzles are a bit difficult to get into the filler pipe.The opening with the fuel door is much smaller and some nozzles are very tight and hit the locking mechanism.I really like the looks of the door, but I think a locking cap is a more practical option.

...finally installed stainless steel rear tow hooks and chrome fuel locking door from Stallion Customs today. Also filled up the H2 today and no problem whatsoever when filling up. Will post some pics soon...thinking of installing roof rack crossbars also.

here's some pics of rear tow hooks and chrome fuel door on my 2006 H2 SUV without the rear tire carrier. also installed chrome cover for the liftgate handle. the putco chrome cover for the rear plates does not fit so do not buy from them!!!let me know what you guys think...aloha.
