Not really an H1, but what is it?
I saw this on Wreckedexotics.com. They claimed it was an H1 in Iraq, but the wheels and seats don't look right at all.

Yeah, um, ewwww. I don't know. I thought at first it was just exhaust tubing. But now, it does kind of look like body parts... |

They are air conditioned now, just not as comfortable as riding in a suburban. The private security firms all roll around in suburbans, F250s, and I even saw an uparmored H2 |
Re: Not really an H1, but what is it?
I'm not positive what it was but if you look at the upper door frame on the driverside you can see how skinney it is. its like a lex or landcruiser it don't look American.

Yeah, good call. I think that's what it is too. The seats, sunroof, and visors all look a lot like my old LC. I think this thing was blown up by a bomb in the engine compartment, not a roadside IED. I informed Wreckedexotics.com of our scientific discussion, and advised them that their information is probably incorrect. Let's see if they change it... |
Re: Not really an H1, but what is it?
Looks like a cruiser to me
|
Re: Not really an H1, but what is it?
Definately not an IED probably was speeding down the road carrying some local leader and ran into something. They can't drive over there and are always running into barriers, military vehicles, and anything else on the road

Re: Not really an H1, but what is it?
I am going with the collision theory as well - there is very little debris around the vehicle on the road - a blast would have sent crap everywhere - it looks like a good old fashioned head on with something BIG.
