Does anyone know which dealers in Pa or NY accept GID certificates. Once I give them my cert # and mention discount it's like I got the plague. No one gets back to me even when I tell them it's a cash deal with no financing.

Dealers make more money on a finance deal, they get a reserve from most finance companies, so the cash deal is not a good feature for them.
Keep calling, there are plenty of dealers out there giving GMID.

I know you only asked about PA and NY, but if you're willing to travel a bit, Hummer of Columbus in Ohio was awesome to deal with (PM me if you want and I'll be happy to give you the name of the salesperson I dealt with). They were happy to have my business (I also used GMID) and they even drove my car out to me in NJ for free!!! It's pretty tough to beat that deal.

If you know what you want, you won't even have to go there yourself. Just call them up and see if they have what you're looking for and you can do everything over the phone.

I'm in the same boat. I live in NY. I went to a local Hummer dealer last night. They will accept the GMID, but they only had one Black H3 in stock - it was around $38,500 -- not sure what options beyond the Lux package. When shopping, should I be conerned about finding my "perfect set of options". I know I want the Lux package, XM Radio, mud flaps, the rooftop marker lamps and a sunroof. Can the rooftop marker lamps be installed at the dealer?

Since I'll be using GMID, I don't want to get beat on all the options.

CaptialOne is sending my "blank check". I wouldn't mind travelling a bit if I could find a dealer with a larger inventory -- and one that possibly had my mix of required options.

They're still on hold...
