T-bar lift ?

Ive seen alot of talk about the t-bar lift , I want to do it soon but how many turns do yall think is just right? Thanks for any input.

Since someone is going to say it, the search feature on this site is your friend. There are many threads about this. Since you have asked though, most do 2-3 turns. I am at 2 right now but might go to 3.
