Black Chrome Wheel Care

This is a Boss Motorsport wheel. I was shopping for new wheels for the wife's Hummer but stumbled on these for my Yukon. The product is "Black Chrome." Does anyone know how to care for this type of finish?

If it is indeed true black chrome then you would treat it just like you would with regular chrome. Chrome polish and wax...
