What does DWPC stand for?

I've searched around for an explanation but I can't find squat with all this CRAP posted everywhere.

OK Ken, but don't bother searching the H2 Photo Section. I'm running a binary search on it now. But with all the CRAP posted in there recently, it's rather tedious and pointless.
