Spark plug change @ 20k maintenance

I'm going to change my oil in the next couple days and wanted to try some E3 spark plugs. Has anyone tried this brand of spark plugs? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I read somewhere that you should change your plugs every two years but I could be wrong (Correct me if I am)

Thanks, I'm not having any problems and if there's no performance to be gained I'll hold off on changing the plugs. Thanks again PhilD

No need to replace plugs early (-100k) with EFI engine. Back in the carb days, we had to replace much more frequently.
