Ken, needs a hose hooked up to a motion sensor. I forget who makes them, but it points the hose to where the motion is detected. You can spray the geese in the face until they move to your neighbrs lawn. Also this help improve the brown/ short grass issue.

My neighbors have these things and they spray my dog all the time when we take him out for walks. :)
