I'm trying to replace my stock front tow hooks with some after-market ones. Do I have to remove the entire lower bumper to do this or does someone have a better way? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, You Need to remove the bumper.

Roger--must take off the bumper. It does not take long at all though.

You can do it with the bumper on but it is better to remove the bumper if you can.

What is behind the bumper and how can you remove the front tow hooks without removing the bumper?
